DELTAFIT brings the gym experience to you, training you in a location you choose, be it your home, backyard, office or a local park. Your convenience is our priority.
No, our trainers are fully equipped with everything you need for a fantastic workout. From mats and dumbbells to stability balls and resistance bands, we provide a range of equipment. If you have your own, we can put them to use.
DELTAFIT is accessible, personalized, and innovative bringing fitness to you. We create personalized programs, listen to your needs, and track progress every 15 weeks for efficient goal achievement.
Your first visit includes a body assessment, goal setting, measurement assessment, and fitness assessment - always free of charge.
Each session can be 60, 45 or 30 minutes depending on the package you will choose. Our trainers will make sure to recommend you the right package that fits your needs and physical condition. Trainers arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up equipment.
We recommend at least four days of activity a week. Clients train with us two to three days a week, with additional workouts on their own.
It depends on your preference; all our trainers are certified, and you can request a specific coach.
DELTAFIT can bring a workout to your office or any other location you choose. Your convenience is our priority.
Cardio, such as walking, biking, or using home machines, is ideal for 30-45 minutes.
We currently serve clients throughout Toronto GTA.
Most clients see positive changes in 8-15 weeks, depending on training frequency.
We train individuals of all ages, including pre-teens, teens, adults, seniors, athletes, prenatal and postnatal women, corporate clients, groups, and rehab patients.
Yes, group sessions are available for any number of participants, with an extra trainer provided for groups exceeding 20.
No problem; we welcome individuals of all levels, regardless of experience, age, or ability.
